Policy Research Interns

• Research and analyze government welfare schemes designed for the benefit of Indian citizens and organizations. 

• Liaison with government officials to verify and update the status of welfare schemes and their eligibility criteria.

• Communicate with Jan Saathis on-ground and help them resolve any scheme-related queries.

• Interact with citizens and government officials to understand bottlenecks in applying for and availing of government welfare schemes.

• Suggest solutions to make government welfare schemes and policies easily accessible for citizens.

• Work with Research and Tech team to verify and update public welfare scheme-related data.

 

Must know: English, Hindi, and Gujarati (spoken and written)

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Monthly Stipend: INR 5,000
